Hi there! We're Luke and Lourdes, the owners of Warwick Handyman.

We've been working together in the trades for over 25 years. It all started when we met on a union job wiring a movie theater in New York City as electricians. We've worked on all sorts of projects, which has given us the confidence to handle any home repair issue that comes our way.

We know how frustrating it can be to hire the wrong contractor. We've been there ourselves - we've had some good experiences and some bad ones. We're in the trades, so we can only imagine how overwhelming it can be for the everyday homeowner.

In 2007, we sold our two rental properties to buy our home here in Warwick. While we renovated our house and helped friends and family maintain their houses, we mostly worked in NYC and Long Island. But in 2014, Luke discovered his passion for the design side of construction, and by 2018, he had started his own design company.

When COVID-19 lockdowns hit in 2020, our work in NYC came to a halt. With a lot of time on our hands, we started thinking about our dream of doing home renovations full-time. We heard from so many people about how difficult it was to find the right contractor, and we knew we could help. That's when Warwick Handyman was born.
